I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but they were much smaller than they seemed in the pictures, lacking space for luggage. The cleanliness was questionable at times, especially with unsupervised groups of kids during special events. On the bright side, the service was exceptionally hospitable, going above and beyond with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was excellent for accessing downtown activities within a short distance, but not ideal if looking for upscale surroundings.
